Makes people communicate
Over the years I have made several thousand fellows already, when making notes, listening to lectures, talking in the phone, during meetings and so on. Without saving even one... So instead of just dropping them in the waste I have started to save them and publish.
Hope you like them as much as I do.

年老いた母を訪ねたとき、母は私に小さな絵を見せ、何年も前、私がまだ十代の頃に描いたものだと教えてくれました。
それは約30の小さな顔が描かれた絵で、どれも素朴で素朴で、本当に美しかったです。
私はそれを見ていて、その顔が私に話しかけているようでした。私は彼らの正直な表情から自分を守ることができませんでした。
その顔が時々私の心の中に浮かび始め、私を放っておかなくなりました。しばらくすると、私はその素敵な仲間たちの世界を探検し始めざるを得なくなりました。
昔描いた絵との出会いから生まれたのが、2022.1のファインアートプリントコレクションです。
この最初の限定コレクションには、3 つの異なるサイズの 20 種類のフェローのみが入っています。

Small editions
Each collection includes 18 different fellows and the Hairy Harry collection 10 unique fellows.
The prints are unique. Each Fellow in 5 prints. Size: 594x420 mm. Hairy Harry in 2 prints only of each. Size: 594x420 mm
I use Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gr for the moment. Each print comes with date and number and are of course hand signed by me.
A lovely process
When you first look at them you may find them simple and naive. And yes, they are. Thats the whole idea. But look a few more seconds, especially in their eyes and you will sense the connection!
Painting a fellow, like Signhild above the bathtub for instance, goes fairly quick. But before a fellow feels alive i have thrown away at least 30-50 trials, simply because they do not communicate. It takes hours and even days of try-outs before the soul of a fellow appears.
Signhild is definitely in peace.

The latest printing technique combined with the best cotton-based acid-free paper results in a perfect print and an archive life of up to 200 years. Used by galleries and museums all over the world.
Choosing the frame is extremely personal and a very important part of the final experience. Standard delivery is the print only. Your print will be rolled with the finest tissue paper and shipped to you safely packed in a secure tube or a hard envelope.
If you would like to frame your print I only offer a straight forward white standard wood frame with a white passepartout. Please make a note when order.
